Moving through change

I teach mindful yoga for wellbeing and bone health, with a focus on breath-led, steady movement. I’m a trained Yoga4Health teacher and can deliver the PCI-accredited course through NHS and self-referrals in community settings.

I also share reflections on health, home, community and change. Through writing and organisational work, I’m interested in how people move through life transitions, and the role that services, communities and places play in those experiences.

Local yoga classes

  • Local community yoga classes and workshops (mat or chair-based, suitable for mixed abilities and can be osteoporosis-aware)

Work with organisations

I work with organisations through:

  • Engagement, strategic planning, programme delivery and partnership working for place and prevention programmes
  • Community yoga and wellbeing sessions, alongside reflective planning conversations and support for life change and connected communities
  • Insight-led work to capture learning and inform change.

I work across voluntary, community, public and private sector organisations, both directly and through partner networks.
