Working with people, place and transitions

I work with individuals and organisations to reflect and move through change, whether that’s happening in the body, the home, everyday life, or at an organisational, system or cultural level.
I do this through a mix of yoga and wellbeing practices, support through life and home transitions, strategic planning, facilitation and writing. I’m particularly interested in supporting people to live and age well, and to feel more at home in every sense.
Yoga classes are mixed ability and focus on mindful, breath-led movement to support wellbeing. Sessions can be mat- or chair-based and osteoporosis -aware options are available when needed. I’m also currently completing Yoga4Health training, which supports delivery of a 10-week programme for NHS patients and in wider community settings.
The above support can be commissioned or delivered in partnership with organisations, including care homes, extra care housing and community-based services. I’m also developing a music wellbeing offer for later-living settings, focused on connection, reminiscence and emotional wellbeing.
