Working with people, place and transitions

I work with people to support health and wellbeing through community and prevention initiatives, from mindful yoga to navigating life and home transitions, particularly in times of change or across mid-to-later life.

I run local yoga and wellbeing sessions in the community, including bone health-aware options, with classes across Kingston and Surrey.

I also deliver the Yoga4Health PCI-accredited 10-week course, working both with NHS referrals and in wider community settings. Sessions can be mat or chair-based, or a mix of both.

With individuals and local groups

  • Local group yoga and wellbeing classes and workshops
  • One-to-one reflective support for life and home transitions.

Yoga classes are mixed-ability and focus on mindful, breath-led movement to support health and wellbeing.

I work in-person, as well as by phone and video call for some transition support sessions, depending on location and availability.

I partner with organisations through:

  • Community yoga and wellbeing sessions, alongside reflective support for life and home transitions
  • Engagement, strategic planning, programme delivery and partnership working for health, place and prevention programmes
  • Insight-led work to capture learning and inform change.
